As a co-founder of Good Spirits, an all-natural, non-alcoholic CBD beverage company, I created the branding, including illustrations, color palette, font selections, marketing materials and social media content.
Fossil created 2 Limited Edition watches and asked for a site experience to be created for the story behind each watch, the Cin-e-matic and the P51.
The Cin-e-matic watch is inspired by the 50’s and the P-51 is inspired by the P-51 Mustang plane.
The designers Eley Kishimoto partnered with Fossil and made a line of custom patterned bags, watches and accessories.
Fossil asked us to create social content to promote their custom patterns and the couple that is behind Eley Kishimoto.
Converse is a big participant in SXSW with one of the most popular parties, Fader Fort and Death Match at the Gypsy Lounge.
To promote the party, we did a social response lab where we collected influencers' and artists' social posts from the event, reworked them in our own Converse style, and then reposted them in Converse's Instagram feed and tweeted them back out to the original person.
Fossil hosted a SXSW party where Foster the People performed at Copper Tank. Fossil had 100 tickets to give away and wanted a clever way to give them out. At this time, "road trips" was Fossil's theme for the year.
Many people drive into Austin from all over the country during SXSW. You’ll see their cars with out-of-state plates parked in popular tourist spots across town.
This prompted the idea of creating fake “parking tickets” which we stuck on the windshields of 100 cars from out of state. Inside the envelopes marked “Parking Ticket” were actually tickets for Fossil's Foster the People party. Fossil received numerous tweets and Facebook postings from recipients thanking Fossil.
We also did a social response lab asking people how far they traveled to get to Austin and, if it was a state we hadn't given a ticket to, Fossil would tweet them a custom map with their Twitter handle or name on it. This too would be their access to the party.
This SXSW campaign recently won a bronze Addy.
Kegs with Legs is a national advertising event hosted by a selected agency. In the Spring of 2015 R/GA was chosen as the host and I was selected to design R/GA-inspired posters in the company's true Bauhaus fashion. We were only asked to provide one poster but when it came down to it, no one could decide which one they liked best so we printed and distributed all four.
This is some of the pitch work I created that won us Fossil as one of our main clients.
The idea behind it was to follow some of America's great makers as they take a road trip around the US. Fossil would then document all of their stops and what inspired each of them.
Charles Schwab had us create a series of videos for an internal event called Power of One. We were given quotes from various employees and told to make it engaging. We combed through dozens of quotes and picked out our favorites, I then laid each quote out word by word to then reveal the person’s likeliness made out of their quote.
